Security, privacy, and resilience appendix (typical coverage)

Large buyers attach or link a security questionnaire. Public-sector and regulated-industry RFPs often spell out SLAs, backup geography, vulnerability management, and audit cooperation in detail—useful as a coverage map even for private carriers.
